Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and technical manuals, securely into the original shipping box or a similar protective container.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking codes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
